Hotel RK Regency

Very poor service food is good room service and staff behaviour is very poor after taking amount they even can't ask you water very unprofessional behaviour. They even don't do room service they provide towels only once there are many things to tell about that hotel i am very dissatisfied with there services and there unprofessional staff .

The ambience was fantastic and amazing. The food was good and service was nice . Worth the money.

However their card machine wasn't working which was shocking to know as it's a well established business with hotel rooms and fine dining . Not sure if this was Genuine issue or a gimmick to accept payments through other online and e wallet options . So please be sure to ensure to check before you visit if you plan to pay by card and don't have other options .

Good Food, decent rooms, cooperative and a very cordial and service oriented staff. Had very good and welcoming interaction with Ms. Anamika, Mr. Kapil and Ms. Anshu.
I clicked lake view from restaurant terrace which is beautiful alas is not available in rooms.

No doubt Hotel is Beautiful and Luxury
But Specially food over here is superb,I loved its taste and Verities in food,
Service is also humble and kind
I tried Chicken 65,Veg Manchurian, Fried Rice,
Raita and Coffee
All were really Tasty 😋

Stayed in Deluxe room. Very spacious, neat and clean. Best thing is highly courteous staff with very prompt service. 15 minutes to Airport. I had to catch a flight early morning. They arranged fruits and toast coffee at 6.30 in morning. Would love to stay here again.

Such a nice hotel. All kind of rooms are available. Rooms are clean. Service is fast. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Hotel staff is well trained.

Overall enjoyed a lot.

This is centrally located and is easily accessible from all areas in Bhopal. The staff are very helpful and polite, in fact they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Variety of food is available and even special requests for food are done on top priority. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking at a leisure holiday in Bhopal.

Kindly do not visit this hotel ever in your life. Pathetic room service I have seen here. And room if you're talking about then I must tell you that they were sticky, full of dust, bed cover were not properly washed..
