Hotel Rituvan

Rooms are large, thats the oly good thing. Hygiene shoild be improved and the ameneties need a change they are old and worn out. Tough the location is near to railway station and is also attached with multiplex, it wont be a choice for those who prefer cleanliness. Service was okay. Food was good. A budget hotel for a night stay.

Most of the rooms are unattended and under service, staffs himself don't know about the rooms condition.
Every rooms had sepage problem and smell.
Rooms are spacious however not maintained up to the Mark.

Room's space is good but services were pathetic, really need to understand for the same. Management are careless......

Worst service. Hotel charges way too much price than it should as its services are very poor. Bathroom was not clean. Basic TV channels like colors TV, Zee was not working. A/C was not working properly due to which I have to wait for more than an hour. Food experience was poor. Not at all value for money. High rates but nothing much to justify that rate. If I have to say a good thing about the hotel that would be good bed and good parking but service was not at all good. Don't recommend if you have to stay in Mandsaur.

Extremely AWEFUL facilities. DO NOT get fooled by outside look. The toilet is ultra shabby, Dingy, poorly lit. And they have even removed the bum washer in every room. They didn't have the basic understanding to give Towel though they gave bathing soap. Had to remind them 5 times.
