Treebo Trend Omni Palace - Hotel in Indore

This is the most unprofessional hotel i have ever stayed. Better you stay at Station waiting room. ihave lost my clothes here and after opped responding. Above all the hotel room and washroom are very unhygienic. However I stayed here in most superior room , but it was very worst. The shampoo and showergel quality was horrible, coffee machine was in my room but it was not working, Breakfast horrible, safety point was bhagwan bharose. They people charges for water also. They people do not understandand, about hospitality. The services are like Dharamshala. Fully disappointed. Please do not stay in this hotel, specially if you are coming with family or from any work purpose.

Best location hotel. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Staff was very nice. If you are coming for first time this is best place to stay as many famous things are located nearby.

Basic services are good but food outsourced . Breakfast starts at 9 am which is too late . & For day wifi was not working do can't do any online work .

Rooms are smelly, a typical smell is there which is not pleasing. Rooms and toilets are old. No other toiletries are provided.

room is good services r also good. staff is polite but I suffered a id problem. I stayed with my family (husband and a child)but they required my marriage photograph to verify relationship proof. this is very strange. I was never expect that I have provided my I'd proof and husband's I'd proof and child birthday certificate for relationship proof. pathetic.

One of the best hotel i stay , nice service, breakfast clean room and management, highly prefer for you guys

Average stay as the room sizes are good but no restaurant available. Also the property is old.
