Good location. Very clean rooms. Toilet was clean and well maintained T.V also good you can watch your regional channel, sports HD channels, movies channels also it has Netflix &hotstar VIP. Very polite & helpful staff. Overall it was a great experience.

It's just new property to host the guests in the city of lakes. It has20 a/c rooms, with an inverter power backup excellent room service elevator and all safety measures like fire and CCTV coverage. It's quite close to the Sultania Road. Moti Masjid, Goharmahal, Chowk Bazaar etc major attractions can be accessed easily. All kinds of good restaurants are at walkable distance.

I booked a room via OYO app, firstly it was very hard to locate this Hotel. When I reached the person at reception who was very rude denied Check-in. He asked to cancel my OYO booking (where I had already paid online and upon cancellation I wont get refund) and make fresh one with him by paying individually to him. When i explained this to him he was least helpful, thanks to OYO they got my refund. P.S. This guy was rude to person at OYO helpline
Will not suggest to anyone, they are more hostile than hospitable.

New property - 👍 Services is worst , room service people is saying only 1 towel n soap is to be given in one room even though 2 guests are there.👎 Towel - not proper cleaned 👎 Shampoo - don't provide 👎 Hotel peoples are not ready to give check-in by 11 am also - std check-in time is 12noon 👎 asking 300 money TV - no remote , not working after complain said - will make it run tomorrow👎 Fan& AC - working👍 Washroom - is ok 👍 Room - compact- suitable for solo traveller Alimrah was there with 2 hanger 👍

No wifi, no hot water, no complimentary breakfast which already paid and got complimentary from booking website ... Night staff very arrogant
