They don't have rooms , they sell there rooms in black , suppose you have booked a room at 700 Rs so they will not give you room for 24hrs they will give you room for 7 hours only.

When I reach at hotel manager said we can't entertain you on Oyo amount you have to pay extra amount and it was too late to search another hotel so i paid extra amount to hotel for stay, it's not Oyo level, you must be strict those kind of hotels to save your brand value.🙏

Best hotel in bhopal for those who wants to check-in family solo or couple. This hotel is value for money . Budget is just 1000 and its value for money .

As you tell him i booked OYO they said how much amount you paid them they ask more money 200-300 Rupees.The worst things they not provide any amenities like basic Towel, Dustbin,Soap, Water and not turn on the AC untill i force to him.

The owner charged me extra money for stay , then the room was too poor , no facilities there , just don't go there please , complete waste of money , and they are fraudsters.

He was not taking Oyo amount he will make extra charge and it's was very shame full for me and and Service is very bad plz improve your work as well as quality plz don't offer this type of hotel for any one He is talking very badley and he saying that a am not a responsible for Oyo offer I want my money which I want other wise leave from hare plz do something for Us

Liked the room but additional items like towel are used , they charged extra from the amount displayed on the app

The hotel is good room are classy, bed are of premium quality, they should keep soap in bathrooms,security vise hotel is good, they have very small area of parking.last time i have to park my car in a private parking and the hotel says they provide you free parking on booking of room.They should deduct parking charge in total bill if they fail to provide you free parking
