OYO Hotel Sun Park

Good stay, lots of change, food is more tasty, rooms cleanliness has been good. TV's where working fine with sports channel.
Staff has also changed.
Wonderful experience this time over 7 month back visit.

I booked my room through OYO app . But when I checked in the Hotel Charged double the amount . And 100 rs extra for early check in. When asked , the Guy on Reception was very Rude and said go and talk to oyo... Don't ask us. I was getting late so I booked the room. The room's lock was not working properly. The room was filled with unpleasant smell of damp. And there were no toiletries in the washroom. Bad Experience

They they said for extra money more than showing on app at the time of check in other wise said us to cancel the booking. I have paid 1000rs instead of 550rs showing on app so Oyo showing room prices while they are charging their own rates at the time of check in

I booked this Oyo for Rs 771/- . But when I went to this hotel at check in time the hotel receptionist asked me to pay 1000rs. They increased the money of booking while i booked this hotel for rs771. Truly a poor service from Oyo and hotel sun park!

Worst app and worst customer service, we booked a hotel in 449rs and when we get there they asked us either to take the room in 1000 rs or get lost. It was 11 in night so we won't get any new hotel too , so we had to take that hotel in that price, Never believe this app

Please don't book from oyo. Thay want you to pay extra from your booking amount. all Fake commitment & unsafe hotal Room..
