The Manager is a wicked person and threatened if we book on oyo he would give us a bad room. And wanted us to give all money to him. The rooms are the worst.

Fraud OLA Hotel , fooling customers , u book Room & pay completely if u r from outside city, assume ur money gone ,they will not give u Room even after taking full payment...bed sheets, toilet r dirty ,managers are pathetic

Fraud & worst experience of life .. Did booking with agoda & paid fully for 4 days but OYO hotel metro donot give the Room, stating hotel donot honour the online bookings of oyo,agoda,makemytrip etc as they deduct high commission.. .ultimately after police emergency call they allowed to stay for 2 days but Agoda & hotel is not returning my remaining amount back which is already paid.Rooms,toilet,towels r dirty...we will take this hotel ,oyo,Agoda to police , court , media ..hotel told me they returned all customers who came through online bookings ,this is a onlune racket going on in Indore , MP, INDIA to fool & loot the customers...

The bedsheets and pillows had oil stains they don't change bedsheets after a guest has left. The hotel's. The walls are not painted well,some of the walls have . The customer service is not so bad. The room ain't clean as well. They don't have a restaurant or food ordering facilities here but they do offer you a cup of tea whose charges are included into he bill.

WORST THAN WORST. I booked through goibibo. On reaching hotel, the manager & his assistant asked us for extra money because he said that you have booked very cheap online & we are in loss. He asked us to book room directly with him over telephone. We were not given room by him inspite of multiple calls from oyo & goibibo & had to stay at Hotel Satkar just besides this hotel, in the meantime harrassed for about 3-4 hours. He also asks customers to give fake 5 star ratings, so do not go by his rating on OYO or goibibo. He did not check us in his system so that I cannot give him rating on goibibo or oyo. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Very very bad experience. Third class manager and also management. Never book this hotel. Very very rude and adamant behaviour of the manager and also management and also other staff.

Not good. Booked but when reached no room was available... No courtesy even at late night... Avoid this hotel.
