OYO 2572 Hotel Galaxy Park

Good stay experience. It's great location. Very compititive.
Do not expected any more. If you think about low budget with good hotel go there.

These fellow are more interested in offline customer rather than giving preferences to online customers. They can just keep the customers waiting for Unnecessary rules of check in 12 pm etc

Where as other offline customers they follow different rule book
Unprofessional team, very bad ethics

I didn't visit the hotel as such, but will share few points about this location since it's the boarding point for many buses heading to Mumbai from Bhopal or Indore. There is an empty lane to the left of the hotel where these buses are parked. There is also a super stinky toilet there in case you really got a pee urgency.

The rooms were decent and clean. The location is easily accessible.

The hotel is overrated. The geyser, wifi, t.v are not working. I booked if from OYO. One of the staff took my Mobile and rated itself 5 stars. Its now even worth of 1 star.
I tried contacting OYO executive regarding the issue, but in vein.
Furthermore the out of 2 lifts, one was working partially. In most of the time the hotel staff turn off the lift service and force you to take stairs. The intercom was working fine, but when I tried calling room service, no one picked up my call despite attempting several time.
Moreover, the situation of bathroom was pathetic. No soap and no hand wash was there. Dirty bucket and mug.
When asked about the non-functioning of wifi, and tv they gave lame excuse of some construction work going on, but the fact is they had took out batteries of the remotes, so that noone can use those.
Beds and pillows were not in good conditions and the room was not cleaned properly.
Indeed it deserves to be removed from OYO chain of hotels.
But what disappointed me is the OYO customer case. Despite many requests, I did not even get a call back regarding the issue. The chat bot is an useless feature. Nothing gets resolved from it.

This is Worst OYO I'hd seen, Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
I booked a room with complimentary breakfast and lunck/dinner but when I checked in they said they don't provide anything complimentary, this is GOIBIBO'S mistake OYO will not responsible for this.
They don't know about this package, i pay for standard room with breakfast and lunch but they give me basic room which is so dirty. They cheated me. Staff is so unprofessional and drunk all the time. This OYO don't even deserve 1 star!
* No parking area even for two wheeler.
* Rooms, pillow, bedsheets and even bath towels are too dirty and unhygienic.
* All the good reviews for this hotel are given by friends and self.

If you wants reliable, hygiene, good time and don't want to waste your money, I personally recommended don't go OYO 2572 hotel galaxy park.
