OYO 28433 Hotel Royal Inn

It is located on Indore Ujjain highway near to Shri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science (almost 200 metres away). It is easily accessible by local taxis, car, bike etc. It is not visible from main highway road because it is located in a under developing area on a street (seems to be a village). It is nice stay. On request, room was cleaned, bedsheets changed. Things missing or to improve: garments hanging rod in hangers of almirah, doormat, sleepers were not available. Outside food was not allowed (even if you have paid online through food delivery app). Staff behaviour should be more polite, friendly and helpful.

I thats enough all over very bad service and when we were leaving i faced very rude behaviour also they treated our luggage poorly.

very poor stinking toilet room unclean bed sheet dirty smelly. Morning water supply was disrupted. call 9 number was unresponsive.

They should not be called an OYO hotel. I think OYO should backout their brand. Only good thing was the conversation at reception else the service for my entire stay was the worst. They have sharing AC remote so one has to ask other room mate to provide AC remote in case you want to increase or decrease temperature. TV remote wasn’t working and they never bothered to provide any assistance. In the morning, had to bathe with cold water in winter as they don’t have capacity to heat water if 2-3 rooms are using shower. Smoking is allowed in the rooms so you have to bear with the smell if you are a non smoker. Conclusion is look out for better hotels near by and avoid this one. Giving 1 star just for a good behaviour of the person at the reception but other staff is worse than the worst.

Good Budget Hotel. Staff is cooperative. Not much amenities, family may find less interesting. But people coming for office purpose or Hospital purpose will find it better option.
If want to stay near by Aurbindo Hospital or Near Mohak HI TECH Hospital, it is at walking distance and will be best choice.

Will never go again.. 3rd class service.. no hot water.. no morning tea.. no room cleaning.. not good for family.. it's good for couple nd call girls who need room only for 1-2 hours.. you can understand what I mean

Hotel was good But there was no power backup and door lock in the room was not working.

Neat and clean room and bathroom, balcony look like much better
