OYO Townhouse 327 Malviya Nagar

Firstly they denied check-in and said that the price the room was booked is low they need more money.After 1 hour they gave us a room that too they said I have to talk to the Property Manager who was not even available at the hotel and then after they said I have to get in touch with customer care and ask them to talk to them.It was so much mentally torcher when we come from other state and get this type of treatment from the hotel staff.I asked them to clean the bathroom as it was dirty everytime they said only 1 thing that's "10 min me bhej raha hu" and after that nothing happened. Whe u can't serve then just don't say that it will be done just openly say we will not do this cleaning.

I really wish I had an option for putting a 0 star , When asked for towel in the morning , hotel staff Mr. Mahi told me that he can give only 1 towel per room , when asked why did they take booking for 2 people per room , rudely asked me to talk to his manager. Property id I’ll maintained , they don’t answer calls to reception most of the times , pathetic experience

Food is nice though

un professional they ask for extra money. a big 0 in name of service. a big 0 in name of higne. bed sheet was dirty aaked to change they say no laundry so they cant change. very poor in service i Will never visit in this hotel again and will not suggest anyone to go there.

I had a great experience staying their, the hotel staff was very helpful but I have only complain regarding cleanliness of the room

nice hotel with excellent amenities and very great location especially Mr Sharad who is very polite and helps in every possible way.

Room that they provided after almost begging was very dirty. It looks like room was closed for many days. There was very bad smell in the room. TV was not functioning due to no recharge. There was no towel in the toilet, after asking for 3 times they provided the towel which was torn and dirty. For every service I'll have to call them thrice. Restaurant service was also very bad. They charged extra amount over the quoted price in menu saying that menu is outdated. Will not refer anyone to stay in this hotel ever.

I traveled from Mumbai to Indore for Omkareshwar and Khajrana Ganesh mandir darshan and this was my first rendezvous with Oyo hotels. I stayed there for 2 nights (23rd and 24th Dec). I had booked 2 rooms as I was with family (Parents, Wife, and 2 kids). Check-in was not smooth as one room was not ready at all (Despite reporting 30 minutes late than scheduled check-in time) and the receptionists (2 ladies) were less than worried about the whole thing Also, the room that was ready was cleaned in haste and was smelling of cigarette smoke with hairs in room and bathroom. Overall cleanliness was not at all up to the mark. TV worked in one room and needed the box replacement in the other. The mug in the bathroom was without a handle. I also ended up with one room on the 2nd floor and the other on the 4th floor. The only good thing about the hotel was its location which I found to be well placed overall. Apart from Tea, we didn't try anything from the hotel restaurant so no comments there.I guess OYO lives up to its reputation of being a "couple" room provider than an overall hotel for all. A lot of room for improvement. PS: The Male staff in the night was more polite and offered me a reasoning that the rooms were booked in bulk by the supporting team of some Vicky kaushal's upcoming movie!

Staff Behavior was decent but amenities were less. At least mineral water bottle should be given to guests. No Bath towel were there. Each & everything you have to ask for. Towels, Water bottles all...
Even the bath stool was not there in the bathroom.
Tea was very very sweet. with extra sugar....
