Very comfortable stay with respect to ambience and gesture by the staff…
The only disappointment is Breakfast is not so good and very limited variety.. other than that it was pleasant stay…

There isn't anything less than one star, Pride Indore deserves rating in negative. Where do I start with what all was wrong, pathetic rooms, zero maintenance, zero cleanliness, at 12 in night we spotted a rat in the room. They have allowed a TV series crew to shoot here, who kept screaming in the corridors until 9 pm, the entire corridors, reception area taken over by the TV crew, not our fault that the entire hotel was hijacked by people all around. Sofa in restaurant were torn, pathetic service from the 1-2 staff present. No jam available for toast, can it get any worse. We came here thinking the standard would be as good as Pride Ahmedabad, what a disappointment, 6k for a night for a room down the drain

Food was good. Everything served was hot. Taste was good as well. Its it lacked options in main course.

Attended a marriage reception there yesterday. Excellent ambience. Very rich and sumptuous food as befitting a marrige. Prompt service. What impressed most was the regular cleaning during the function so that the place remain spotlessly clean.
Strongly recommend Pride Hotel for such functions.

Disappointed at Bar Room as after order have to self serve with Ice and water..
May be they just go after customer who are Regular or think they are of some high class

Well maintained and skilled staf is there.
Specially Mr Ravindra Thakur is there for take care all those things. Mr Ravindra is very humble and experienced person in hospitality.

I booked for 2 rooms. I would rate it 4 because 1 room was absolutely perfect, other room had odour in washroom which was fixed by housekeeping post raising concern. There was no light on the mirror in the room. Food was delicious, only 1 error, I ordered for boneless chicken biryani but, it came with bones. Nothing kept in mini bar and when I asked for coke at in-room dining, they said it is available only with bar which was closed so, I couldn't get it. Rest check-in, room service, in-room dining, breakfast at restaurant, check-out everything was an excellent experience. Lovely staff. Special thanks to Kajal and Sangeeta at restaurant as they got us everything on our table as we were travelling with a very small baby so, it was difficult to go to the counter and serve for ourself. Thanks to all the staff on duty during our stay. If travelling again, I shall book this hotel again for my stay.

The towels were very dirty, the choice of breakfast was not so good for international buyers, even after complaining the manager did not bother to come and talk to us
