Hotel is located at very inappropriate place there is no space for parking you have to park your vehical along side road.. Budget hotel in ratlam probably its one of the oldest hotel sanitary items needs to be changed for some rooms bathroom needs to be renovated for some rooms the new rooms are quite better than the old ones.. They have restaurant on top which serves delicious yummy food.. Good hotel in center of city..

It's location is not appropriate, there is no space for parking area. The environment inside the hotel is fine. But I experienced a 15 minute electricity power cut when I visited it some days ago.

Rooms are clean enough but highly suffocative due to non-ventilation therein. In morning, Tea facility is available only after 8 am which is highly absurd..
