This place is just too good...❤ This newly opened Air Lounge on the 4th floor of this hotel is simply the ideal place to visit with your friends and loved ones... The interior is too satisfactory and it's too beautiful... ❤ The location is accurate... You get an amazing view from this place.... Its rooftop seating is just too good... It was my favourite spot... Also it's a perfect place to capture your beautiful pictures... it's perfect for spending evenings with your friends here... Rooftop seating is perfect for dinner ❤ The staff is also friendly... They've taken care of customers' value very well.... It's a perfect place for parties and celebrations.... ❤ Surely gonna visit there again ❤ as its one of my favourite spots in the city...

Arrogant and untrained staff. Stayed for 5-6 days and nobody fixed the room phone. The music on terrace is so loud you cannot sleep before 12:30 or 1 am. They even don’t know how to make gst bill and check out took 40mins!

Not value for money. Windows glass is broken. Rooms need better ventilation and WiFi connectivity is poor.

I booked executive room, Room was good but room service was very poor, TV was not working, asked management to check but no action taken.. location is good, walking distance from bus stand, safe & convenient for couples.. bathroom and room was clean. If you need only a good room at good location then go for it.. I was needed 1 hour extra time from standard check out time but they denied..

poor rooms, no door knobs in washroom, lights are not working properly, leaking taps, bad/slow room service, too much mosquitoes, offline and online prices having too much difference, in the complementary services you have to ask for it and if you won't ask they will charge you.
Day staff was on reception is good (the young boy), ma'm at reception is rude and the old man in the night shift is too

I stayed in this hotel because i was not getting room in my regular hotel, the staff attitude is very bad, even they don't provide complimentary breakfast which they commit at the time of booking, pathetic rooms and services.
The location is accurate... You get an amazing view from this place....
