Bhootiya 2ed floor, khacchar rooms like cheap 3ed class C-grade. Phati hui bedsheet. And most importantly rude rude rude receptionist. Never in my life have I ever faced such a rude person on a hotel reception.

Worst hotel...staffs are very very rude, price is very high as compared to room, hotel management is poor, we stay 2 days but they charged for 3 days... Nothing was worst than this , very bad experience.....

Receptionist was too arrogant he didn't understand what's the difference between 2night & 3days and 3 night & 4 days. Don't know how hotel has hired him. we have stayed for 2 night and 3 days he is asking for 3 night money. Secondary don't have manners how to talk with customer's.

Good for short stay.. location of the hotel is very good as Domino's is on one side many other restaurants are other side... Only mall of sagar is near by a park is near by all these is in around 150 meter radius...

Irresponsible staff, poor maintenance and very rude behavior. No dedicated car parking and nothing as mentioned in the OYO app at the time of booking. If you are looking for a better hotel to stay, this is not the one for you.

There bathrooms was pathetic, even we asked the workers to clean but they didn't cleaned it mentioning it's already clean. Until it's urgent don't stay in this hotel. Rooms were ok.

We booked through Agoda online booking. 1st the number given was not reachable. 2nd we reached at 2 am and requested if we can check out a bit late as we were tired but they denied. The room alloted was very dirty, pillows had hairs in it. No dustbin, no toilet paper and water tap was not working. While booking we selected package inclusions with breakfast but they said it is not there. No hot water was available in the morning thier gyser was not working it was cold as it was raining since 2 days, television was already not in service. 2 stars bcz couple of staff behaviour, centre point everything easily available. As per the facilities the tarriff was high.
