Good hotel. good food staff behaves good. slightly facing issue in TV in morning because reception person said that there were some technical problem . I suggest the house keeping staff that clean the floor below the bed area because there were lot of dust under my bed. otherwise, all visible area is neat and clean.

Booked Deluxe room and being a tribe superstar, rooms are upgradable. When asked for upgradation they refused by saying that all rooms booked (I get to know that only I am guest here), anyways I moved to Deluxe room (208). It was filthy, smelly, seepage and very very small.

Again I asked them to switch with other Deluxe room, coz it's not habitable, then they provide me executive room (107).

Bathroom, very small, and spider/ spider web on every corner.
No windows/ no ventilation/ not sound proof
It's between the jewelers shops, but seriously not worth a penny to book room in future, atleast for me.

Electricity cut once every day for half hour atleast.

I firstly recommend, don't believe 5 star rating , because there is nothing like that ,rooms are very small ,there is nothing to sit in rooms except bed that is queen size even you book executive room, there is no difference in standard, deluxe and executive rooms, now about
Clininess: toilets were dirty , floor was dusty, there is no single hole in entire room, if electricity goes,they will supply through generator after many hours,
There was occasional power cut i had experienced.
Complementary breakfast: you will see three option in menu, but they will provide what they have cooked ,you can not demand ,so options are nothing in complementary breakfast.
Location: if you are from other places , you will stuck in locating this hotel, it's located in very congested area(sarrafa bazar) it's very difficult to locate hotel
Service : for any service you have to remind many times for a single thing.

Early check in depends on availability as per the receptionist of the hotel. Talk to them before booking if you looking for early check in. Hotel staff behavior is good. Clean room and washrooms.

I had good experience in hotel, hotel manager good quality about his clarity related to his hotel and rooms. He never hide what he has in hotel in terms of facilities and overall experience. So whenever you book you know what you will get in hotel in terms of everything with pay price. Yes rooms are small. I would recommend book with your own knowledge to discuss with hotel manager. First, the hotel is behind a jewellery shop. You will need to enter thru a narrow passage for about 40 steps. Then you walk up a though flight of stairs and yes you do need to carry your bags. In the first floor you will be greeted by the rude reception staff. Then you can use the lift to reach the floor above (😂). The room is spacious because the bed is small (yes it’s all queen size)(tried two rooms the executive and the family). The bathrooms are small and dirty. The bed linens are dirty with foot stains. You have no dining space. They will serve food in the room. Again please do not expect any hospitality from the staff. The breakfast is from 8:30am to 10:30am again on the bed. You have 3 choices only (tried poha with bread toast with tea). Just not worth or filling to the stomach. The hotel is close to Bada market but you can go only if you are good with bargaining. There is absolutely no car parking space in the front as it’s in a jewellery market road. Kindly think before you book

Hotel stay was comfortable. Hotel is good. You get good and clean rooms along with clean linens. Rooms are well managed and good for budget travellers.

Situated right in the middle of sadar bazar market. Near to Maharaj ka bada. Room quality is average. complimentary food was okay.
