Worst stay of my life. Cleanliness, Hospitality, staff everything was pathetic. The only thing i booked this palce was it is near railway station. Guys Don't stay here.

rooms are nice . cleaning of rooms and other places are nice but staff facilities too much bed . they don't treat you as guest. All the Steff does not care about your need

No parking, worst rooms ever not recommended at all for anyone . Address mentioned is different from actual address. Untidy rooms , Unsafe Taps are broken TV not working Electric switches are broken Geyser isn't working Walls are untidy .

No wifi, no food available, no customer service, no good place to eat nearby, no cleanliness, no sanitation, no wash basin, no soap dispenser, not an ideal location for tourism. Worst room and bathroom condition.
Overall they don't even care about your stay.

No sanitation, staff doesn't wear mask and they don't assist you whatsoever. They didn't even changed the bedsheet or pillow cover.

Worst hotel to stay in Gwalior. there google map location is wrong. Owner asked not to make payment online. No Bedsheet is provided in room only one blanket was there which was smelling very bad.

Very bad staff, they will not ask you for anything besides your due payment. No food facility available nearby, toilets in worst condition.

Very poor location with below average level of services and maintenance conditions. Not worth to be booked for family.
