Nice budget hotel. Service is not so well.

Poor hotel in not to stay not waste your money, no service

TV not working due to recharge but staff making fool to me, room service also not Good. calling Bell are not working guest waiting.....

Nice 👍 neat and clean, promt service, good behaviour and of helping nature staff.

The rooms are cheaper here but service is not upto the mark.. the butler normally forgot the things you asked for and you need to wait for long even for a small request. Remotes for AC and TV are not working and every time you need to ask reception to on the AC. Power backup is also not there for the load and while cutoff only fan runs for 1 hour maximum.

Hotel is good for those looking for a cheaper deal. The food quality is good for those who prefere simple food like home is the best part for surya hotel. If they trained their workers it will be better for their business.

Although the rooms are good and spacious and clean but had a bad experience with the staff and the manager. There is no communication between the manager and the staff regarding the amenities. Every other guy imposes rules of their own.
