Hotel Landmark

1)Pathetic management and inhuman higher management staff
2) Poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness
3)Do not provide room service (cleaning, towels,soap) unless asked and provided late.
4)Took an hour to provide a cup of tea
5)They do not turn on central cooling even in heating summer although charge for it, inhuman behaviour.
6)Power cut- do not turn on generators n make customers suffer endlessly

Room Quality are Good But Front Manager Have lots of Attitude and Arrogance worst Room Service i Had Ordered Break Fast and after 45 minute somebody call me and Saying Sir what was the your Order and if I talk about Towel , I don't know. How many years ago would they have washed it last.it was the first hotel which has not even given a bottle of complimentary water even after charging high charges of Rooms 2300+GST

Overall good experience. This hotel is located near Betul Railway station. hardly it takes 5 minutes to reach the hotel by walk. Food is a bit expensive but the quality and test of food are good.

Owner is not here and the the people at reception are waiting for him to give the keys so that they can lay the bedsheet. If the owner can read this. Its 10.43 and i am waiting for you to come over so that i can sleep

Pathetic service and uneducated staff. Lack of professional behaviour even with the owner of the hotel. They are playing with the govt in GST of thier restaurant as they don't provide the bill.

Safe car parking available. Food is good. Cleanliness is an issue. Towels provided were not as good. On request to change them, they said that all are like the same. But Price is very affordable.

Room were nice.
Location was prime.
Service was ok.
Overall nice stay

The service is good, and it's 5 minutes walk from betul railway station.
