i will start with the owner, once i reached there and ask owner that i booked ** for 2 nights, even before i finishes my sentence he told me there is no booking on that day for me. After i insisted 2 more times and shown him confirmation mail he started checking his mail, after about 15 min struggle he got the mail. Once i get into the room, room is not clean, sheets are dirty, no TV(come on even lodges these days give TV) and toilet flush not working. Room number is 138. I see some foreigners thee too, not sure if i got the worst room or all the rooms are similar. Staff is very friendly, helped me for renting a bike on that evening itself, booked early morning taxi and helped me in planning my day.
location wise this is best just 5 min from western group of temples, but a lot of improvements required in case of cleanliness and basic amenities like tv, wifi, etc.

Hotel Jain is very near to temples you can reach there while walking. And about hotel I can say it's very affordable for students. Owner of Jain hotel very helpful he guide us about everything there.
