BEST HOTEL I have got to stay in a while. I don't have a reason to criticize. Everything is so perfect. The lamps, the interiors, curtain, bin and the bathroom fittings. Even a deluxe non AC room could compete with suite rooms of other hotels because it had a four chaired dining table.

The hotel is very good. The funny part is that the low cost non-ac room is very spacious and more appealing than the congested AC rooms. The non-AC rooms can be considered as a "mini-suite" room for a town like Pala. Good experience

Good place to stay! Receptionist Vineeth was so much helpful to communicate with locals as language was a huge barrier for me in the vacation.

Pala is somewher we search for a place we can sit and drink peacefully.. because of city infrastructure but maharani disappointed me worst ac bar ever... Toilet is pathetic

Okay kind of Experience, was a stop over for Lunch, we ordered Kerala traditional meals and Beef Roast... Beef Roast was not that good and was pale...
