Great place to stay at Wayanad. One of the best hotels with swimming pool, play room ,spa and wide spaces around natural things. Kids will love this place. Food is also bery good, buffet is served thrice, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best part is the cooperation of the staffs to every requirements.

I had gone there only for having lunch, the person who took our order was very ignorant and did not respond to us positively, on top of that we had to wait for a long time for the food to come, and they had just reheated the previous days food, the vegetables were not even cooked. I think all the positive reviews posted here are by the restaurant staff itself, please don't get fooled by them. It is one of the worst experiences i ever had, because i was actually looking forward to having food here for a long time. If i could i would rate it 0 out of 5 but that one star is for the waiter who served us, and he was the only sweet person there.

Visited this place on 26 and 27 December. Rooms are very compact with old interior. Some bathrooms are renovated some are old and shabby. We got one each. Food is okay, bit lot of mis management from staff. Many of the items are out of shelf then we need to inform staff to arrange it. Overall experience is not that great. They have tree house and cottages also but our agent booked rooms. With multi story structure they don't have lift. So upper floor rooms could be challenge for senior citizens.

Stayed for one night.Located on the highway _ just outside the town of Kalpetta. Easy access from the road. The property is aged _ hence in need of maintenance. The complex is full of vegetation and serene. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Restaurant serves Kerala cuisine _ quantity and quality is average

They have an awesome tree house which tempt us spend us spend there all the time. The have a nice and clean ambiance. A perfect place to take break from bust city life.

If I could give this place a zero I would.. We came here to eat dinner at the buffet and were absolutely horrified after seeing the hair in our food(it wasn't in one plate but almost all) and there was hardly any choice to pick from

Green Gates resort staff and services was nice and it’s eco friendly environment with some forest including a nice swimming pool, Spa, mini theatre includes a very delicious breakfast. Cottages are of best quality.

Superb, Although the hotel is in the city center, once step to inside we will be amazed by the scenic views. 👏👏
