Don't ever book this hotel. I have booked 4 rooms for my family in last week. Stay was horrible and rooms were knocked by many unknown drunkards at late night, when my family including women and children inside. The most important thing is when I complained this to the owner, he was very arrogant and rude to us. After sometime I came to know that he was also drunk. Had a horrible night staying there. Never ever choose this hotel. I had already made a complaint to OYO room. Anyway its better to not opt this hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

OYO Harshavardhana Inn 100% not couple friendly, we faced lots of questions n double meaning words. staffs are very rude.we booked 1 suite room, they ask more money for a round figure rate. Again i pay the rate above my room rate. What the hell guys???? Dear couples dont go there. They spoil your happy stay n trip. Try another one. Its not comfortable.

It's been almost a week and OYO hasn't responded to escalation email. The hotel staff are fraud, they demand extra money during checkin and Oyo service in addressing my compliant is poor by any standard. Frustrated. OYO FAILS

The worst experience I ever had.....Booked room via Goibibo by paying full amount and when arrived hotel at midnight for check in they denied room stating that they don’t accept online booking. Then for what the hell they been available at online sites ?? Pure cheating.....The guy at the counter was really bargaining for more money than required...The authorities should intervene the matter and such experience to be avoided and proper action to be taken against the concerned

Dear OYO, these people are telling that they don’t have any tie up with OYO, after paying whole amount via OYO app and this hotel receptionist was asking extra cash or else they were telling to try different hotel. Very arrogant staff behaviour. They also denied our morning breakfast as per our booking through OYO App. After checking in to the room, we found that AC was not working well. Very unprofessional staff behaviour, especially the receptionist.

Room was neattees and clear but the sercices is very poor. 1) no room service 2) after a lot of call to receiption only we got towel and soap. 3) no hot water 4) while booking they will mention room with food in online but morning u will not get itvand where asked they will say it's oyo provided as ad for promotion and they dont know about it and last we will not get food. 5) poor hospitality

Hotel is totally money minded . I stayed there fa my neet exam , as I made my booking through online platform they treated me as an unwanted person . They even didn't allow to keep my bag when I go fa exam instead they asked money for it .
