Nice hotel with good amenities. Staff is friendly. Service could be better. Overall the experience was good but not great. Ample parking area is available.

Rooms are just average. I didn't get a 4 star hotel ambience overall. Food is also average, they're are not many choices available. Room service's are ok but delayed. Got a complaint from our guest neighbor that staff were sometimes staring. Access to railway station and ksrtc bust stand is a plus. Its within 1 km. Overall average experience.

Overall good. Good rooms and service. Plenty of space to park the car. But things are started getting slightly old. So the management should pay little attention to maintenance.

#1) Both elevators went down at the same time…NO explanation from staff. “I’m terribly sorry” would have been sufficient. #2) Every fine dining restaurant takes the same days off per week… this is bad planning. You have 2…..keep one open. #3) Valet took forever. I realize that everyone is short staffed; we waited 50 more minutes. Other staff waiting around with nothing to do…..hello do you drive???? I spent a majority of my working career in the hospitality industry; it never ceased to amaze me at the common sense in treating people with kindness and acknowledgment. Caesars did none of this. I have never been told that I cannot take a drink to my room…. This also happened. No mini-bar. I do not understand why.

I checked into the room on the night of 5th January at 8:30 pm approximately. I checked out on the morning of 6th January at 10:35 am. (since the check out is 12:00 pm to 13:00 pm. Paid Rs 3000/- per night for a single occupancy. While I was checking out I ordered 2 bottles of water and they gladly brought a bill for Rs 50/-. I mean you pay Rs 3000 /- per night and they charge you for water? I thought that was poor hospitality and service and absolutely rude and insensitive. So if you are planning to stay please bring your own WATER lest you wanna be charged. Never back in this property ever again. My sincere suggestion is to try other properties for the budget range since there are plenty of options in Kottayam town of similar quality.

Terrible place to be after paying room rates that would have provided for a better stay and hospitality in Kottayam. The air condition didnt work all night. We were too tired to change rooms late in the night. For breakfast they served poori that was fried, sliced and served dripping wet in oil. They could have done better with potato sabzi that was served along with the poori. I should say it was a poor choice of menu for a buffet breakfast. The dinning tables still had food remains of the previous night. Unclean! The hotel lobby door was left wide open. It was humid and they switched off the air condition. Its the attitude of owner and the employees that matters in the end. Stay away from this place.
