Hotel Villa Maryam

The worst hotel with bad front office executive. I checked in around 18:00 hours. My room was booked for 2 persons. I checked in alone. Unexpectedly i had a guest visit for just half an hour. The front office executive did not asked or collect any ID proof when my guest comes in. He left arounnd 19:00 hrs. The other guy of the booked room came at 20:00 hrs. Now the front reception guy, the most arrogant shit wont allow him to check in. He said the one who came as guest is considered as the second person. Who the is he to decide that? We told him the matter, but he didnot hear to us. Later we had no option but to check out at 20:00 hrs, and took other room for our stay. I would not recommend this worst hotel to anyone.. Their staff behaviour is ridiculous. And also, the bedsheets and bed the most dirty one with stains and hairs. With this price plenty of good options are there. I should get a refund😣

Value for money... it was wonderfull few days in Villa Maryam. Will stay again.

Pros - clean room, responsive staff, affordable.

Cons(minor) - corridors has to repainted, fix a minor complaint with the door locks - it gives not so good a first impression...

hotel villa maryam is a three star hotel located near azhakodi temple, kozhikode. it is a calm and quiet hotel with good service. the staffs are polite, humble and respectful. the rooms and toilet are neat and clean. i felt only problem with the television. but they service it well later. the restaurant is not working here, but they allow outside food(we can order). ample parking available here. sarovaram biopark, planetarium, kozhikode beach and mananchira square are the nearest tourism destinations. i felt a safe and comfortable stay here. really a budget friendly hotel.

I went with my friends , the rooms for neat and clean. We booked a suite for our stay and it was very spacious.
The staffs were very friendly and they provided all the necessary amenities along with an extra bed we asked for .
There is parking facility at the basement.
It's located within the town which makes commuting in and around Kozhikode very easy.

One of the best premium budget hotels stays in Kozhikode's center. very neat, hygienic, and premium room with all the amenities and a modern washroom. Usually, we will be disappointed with a stay in a hotel that costs as much as this one because it may not be clean, have no basic facilities and amenities, etc. But this hotel is exceptional as their rooms are very neat and they put all the amenities out before the guests check in, including towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

We never had to call them for any of these items. They do have a restaurant with all types of foods available. They are in Kozhikode center, even though they are not on the main road; the new bus stand, the KSRTC stand, the RP Mall, and the Focus Mall are all within 2 km of the hotel. Staff attitude is also fine. Overall, we really recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a perfect premium stay on a budget. This is a family friendly hotel as well.

Room was very clean and well maintained. It's close to city centre. What I really liked about the place is it's hygiene. They don't have in house restaurant though.

24 hr check in policy (come at 3:pm leave at the same time next day. Not the usual 12-11 shenanigans). Strict guidelines regarding guests (they are not entertained.)

Honestly, the rooms were not worth the money paid (especially with the restrictions).
Bedsheets were torn inside, Sheets looked unclean and dull.

Proximity to Azhakodi Temole, Arayadathupalam, Town, BM Hospital may have contributed to the price.
But no. Not worth the money spent.

the hotel is a quite place in the heart of the city. The room was spacious enough and neat and clean. the bathroom was also nice. baby memorial hospital is very near. you can also good to some good restaurants nearby. we had a fantastic stay there.
