Worst Hotel Worst Experience WORST FOOD!
Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
We have booked 2 rooms for 4 people and the kettle in the room wasn't cleaned, it was the same used by the previous guests. They gave fish curry meals which were paid., The fish curry meals was only with fish curry in two small pieces and it didn't taste well. what they bring with fish curry meals are a small bowl of rice and small fish curry and pickle. That's their fish curry meal which is worth 300-250 rupees per head.!!!!!
Worst experience ever! never ever visit this hotel!

Not good experience I had in my stay in this hotel and not worth the money paid, lefts are always not in service and if one is working, it is very slow. Also , the room are not clean at all, no hot water, smell of the smoke in the room. In the breakfast , the food is only Indian and you need to wait for long to get a tea. I was in a room with main road view where I felt that the cars are with me, very noisy.

All is good about this place. A luxury hotel at prime location. Medium cost. The buffet breakfast is tasty. But itwas kept ready , so food was not hot. When we told the serving girl brought oven hot Poori and onion oorhappam.
Over phone booking. No questions asked. Provided 24 hr checkout facility also.
Very nice people in the reception and restaurant.

Located @ the heart of the City. Very cozy & comfortable rooms along with all modern amenities. Value for money.
Proximity to both Railway Station & Bus Stand. A decent lobby & an adjoining restaurant.

Had good stay, breakfast options are good. I feel Air conditioning should be improved. lift is bit slow. Rest everything is fine.

The overall stay was good. Nice location and room was spacious with all facilities. My only concern was the food, the taste was below average.

Do not trust this hotel, all are in constant bad behaviour staffs, will trap you by saying that you will be staying with someone in last night and to get extra money...big liars and seems they are the biggest scams in Kerala... I think they all are getting full support from the management for earning illegally.
I strongly suggest not to stay this hotel for safe.

Excellent hotel, I got a room in smoking floor!! The AC temperature adjustment console was not available in my room, hence had to stay put. Food is OKish. Service and staff are excellent.
