The stay was really comfortable, the staff is always kind and ready to help. We had a trainee Aslam being such a wonderful host and he was there to help with our order multiple times and not even once did we see him hesitate or ignore our request. Overall it’s always a good time here.

We had a great time staying at Raviz Calicut. The property is a decent and spacious for family . Rooms are well maintained and swimming pools are clean and neat. Staffs are professional and well attentive. Many thanks to Mr Abhiram who was very quick and responsive to us in the midnight also. The only down side we felt was the food available during our stay. It could be improved.

It’s a really good hotel, but I’m not sure it’s up to the ‘5 stars’ standard.
First of all, the entrance and lobby seems like it could have more stuff happening.
Secondly, the elevator are quite untidy and probably could me maintained better.
We found the bathrooms to be quite dirty, and definitely needs to maintained better.
Furniture in the rooms were very outdated, it does serve the purpose, but at five star hotel people do pay for more than just ‘serving the purpose’.

The rooms are exceptional, and feels good to stay in. The air conditioning works perfectly. The rooms have great layout, with separate area for the wardrobe, your luggage etc..
Great attention to details in regards to toiletries and mini fridge items they had provided.

Will recommend if you’re looking for a place where you can relax at.

I am erring to give benefit of doubt!! Restaurant only had buffet and no a la carte options on Saturday night!! Guys please give me a break!! Guests come in to try out a new place usually dont bother to call ahead!! You guys are supposedly 5 star, standard practice in any star hotel is keep a la carte options!! Was extremely discouraged when they refused to accommodate request for ala carte!! Btw… it was 8 pm and their coffee shop was closed too (which is again weird for a star hotel)… thankfully their lounge and bar was open and decent!! Would definitely go again! But sincere feedback to the leadership team (if you listening!!) be flexible and accomodate your customer needs! U are considered 5 star for god sake or not?

Rooms are big and well maintained. The location is really good. The service was non existent though. We almost could never call house keeping or room service. Have to keep calling multiple times. The food order we placed with in room dining never got delivered. Mixed experience overall.

This hotel is officially 5 stars, but 1 or 2 stars would be more appropriate. It’s not clean, gym and pool are tiny, barely visible with the naked eye… would not come here.

Great location. Centre of city. Lots of restaurants options around. Easy to reach City centre.

However only 2 elevators were working. Took a while to traverse.

Breakfast was good but could be better.

We were in this property on 18th Jan, 2023 for a lunch with discussion officer a higher central government officer. We were booked one premium room, one board room for the function.

We all felt very sad when we thought about the owner of this Property.

No hospitality from any staff!

From the receptionist
to General Manager the way communication
and body language was not receptive but always defensive!!

We booked this property by the intention that we will get international standard hospitality as the hotel belongs to well know international business man Mr.Ravipillai. But he might not aware that Raviz at Calicut staffs, especially General Manager put down the values of Raviz group of Hotels.

As a hoteliers, we strongly suggest to fire the GM immediately and the professional training and grooming has to provided all other staffs
