Very satisfy to stay in this Hotel. Staff are very friendly and the service was good. We booked a premium room. Very nice hotel. I specially recommend everyone to book this hotel.

Stayed there for 2 days and both the rooms were so neat and Clean .. Rooms have good Air Conditioning with Smart TV ...!! Best Suggestion for Pathanapuram City

I had an amazing experience here. The room was very neat and tidy and also very comfortable. Accommodation was superb. The service was also exceptional as well. Would definitely suggest Fathima Residency to my friends! Overall a wonderful and unforgettable experience!! ❤❤

Was there for a wedding on a weekend. Location is within the city itself . Very convenient to travel to. Our room was clean and tidy. Good car parking facility. The place is renovated and therefore everything looks new.

Fathima Residency is a great hotel with excellent service. The rooms have been renovated and are well-maintained, with a good smell. The hotel has ample parking space, making it easy for guests to park their vehicles. The bus stand and auto stand are nearby, making it convenient for guests to travel to different parts of the city. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us when our daughter fell ill. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, Fathima Residency is a great place to stay for anyone visiting the area. Good for families.

We made a booking for a family function. The rooms were renovated quiet recently. So it was neat and clean.
The disappointing factor is the service provided and the behaviour of the staffs. After the booking was made for each query they'll say, "will update you" and we have to follow them up 3-4 times to get an answer. And there were lot of confusions and lot of changes from what they agreed during booking as well as what we got when we arrived. The reason told was, the person who took booking has left his job. Finally we had to wait for the owner to get some resolution.
