KFDC Gavi Hotel - Green Mansion

We had a great experience here in KFDC. Trekking and Safari were good. Travel to Gavi through dense forest is altogether a different experience. Expect only minimum comfort in green mansion as it is in the middle of forest. They are maintaining the property well. Guide's are good and experienced. Food is good but don't expect too much.

Best place for stress buster, free from all connections of the outside world. Place with only BSNL call connectivity.

Drive through dense forest leads to Gavi. EV vehicle charging facility provided.

Little expensive, but worth every penny.

We had been there in the beginning of July 2022. The trekking, boating and Safari were quite interesting. The water falls inside the forest was marvellous. Travel to Gavi through dense forest is amazing. Expect only minimum comfort in KFDC accommodation as it is in the middle of forest. They can provide better facilities and attract more tourists. Guides are good and experienced. Breakfast was good, for lunch we got vegetarian food and the Dinner was good but with minimum quantity. Varieties of food items should be improved.

Very nice place to explore. Lot of trekking experience is available..those who want to explore and adventurous will like it sure.

Pristine forest..good quality food but limited..nature walk will be a new experience finally the waterfall it is a once in a lifetime experience.if u guys are lucky then ur gang will be the only team in the middle of big jungle

Good hospitality and helpful staff. You get pretty much same menu every day. Menu varities can be improved. Rooms were good.

Feel the different experience in staying in the forest. You get a special and variety of support in the forest with Kerala Forest Development Corporation. They arranged boating, trekking, swimming and site seeing facilities.

It’s very good for trekking and wildlife exploration. Arrangements by Government is good. Guides are good.
