Treebo Heavenly Heights - Hotel in Munnar

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are reasonably big. Queen size bed, thankfully it's not spring mattress but good quality bed and pillows. Bathroom is clean fitted with Grohe, German brand taps & mixers. Balcony for every room with a beautiful view. Restaurant and room service commendable. Food was excellent. The manager Mr. Sunny is a nice gentleman. Every staff is doing their job well. There's ample parking facility.

Small cars may be risky to reach the entrance, it's too steep.

The hotel situated near the tea estates and give beautiful view of the valley. All the rooms have balcony and give beautiful view. Room were neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helping. This property have restaurant and provide basic menu at affordable price. Reaching to this hotel is kind of difficult. If you have small cars like Hyundai Eon or Maruti Alto or if you are not experienced driver, You may park the car near by and ask the hotel management to arrange a vehicle to reach this hotel. Management need to provide proper sign boards to reach this property.

The location of the hotel is simply great. The rooms are clean, but a bit small. The food menu has limited options but absolutely no compromise with the food quality. The staff were really helpful and well mannered. Had a really good experience.

Note --- It's through a very steep and narrow road.... you have to take 4 wheeler or traveller at your own risk.... we went walking up and down for 500mts....

Room was "Ok" if I have to talk about the infrastructure. But the view was really good. The room was spacious and so was the washroom. This a good stay but not a premium one. The restaurant doesn't serve great food so Manageable.

Very comfortable and safe stay in Munnar.
If you are self driving, the way to hotel and parking is quite narrowed downwards and should be careful.
Helpful staffs and in house restaurant was above average and no complaints could be made. Includes free breakfast.

This is a great place to stay in Munnar. Not too far away from the action, and has a terrific view and good services. Special props to the chef as the breakfast and dinner we had were one of the best during our entire visit. It's a well-maintained building with a lot of rooms, so it's suitable for bulk bookings too.

It's awesome experience to stay in this hotel as it offers valley view. And staff are courteous.
But it is adventurous to drive your car to this hotel from main road. I nearly missed accident when coming out of the hotel.
By god's grace my journey to Munnar was completed successfully.

Worst staff ever
A person called me as i was late to check in i was supposed to check in evening he said if don't check in before or till 10 it will be cancelled automatically and even misbehaved when i asked him to submit the Id proof when i check-in
Plus the cancellation policies are worst i booked the room on 4th may from 6th to 8th. The cancellation policies say if you cancel the booking before 7 days only then you will get the refund now how i am supposed to cancel it before 7days if i book it on 4th from 6th to 8th.
