Hey folks just being the guest of this hotel on last week replying to @ANUSH. I was there when the incident happened. Hey Anush if you can’t afford please do not book hotel rooms. And make sure you’re booking correctly. You’ve booked for a person and you were two people who wanted to stay in the hotel and how the hell is that possible. If they can’t provide you the it’s totally you’re mistake for not having a common sense to book for people. I think you took your brain apart while making this booking LOL!!! And one more thing don’t try to defame a organisation just because they don’t provide service for FREE!!! And goon!!!! You were the one who behaved like a goon at a organisation not having any sense that they’re families who are waiting at the lounge. Please feed your brain some sense and don’t repeat this anywhere these people were so humble and so they haven’t responded. If you pay you’ll be serviced if not you’ll be screwed…. Even I’ve done a booking for 3 people and there were 4 of us they asked for extra charge and so we PAID!!!!!
And so please PAY for service don’t expect everything for free .

This hotel is just outside the railway station. Hence slight disturbance was there at night. No lift too.
Spacious, good AC cooling and hot water availability is a plus.
Staff too was good.

The hotel and room are just okay. Not up to the mark while considering its rent. The important thing is its location; very near to the railway station.

Very convenient for train passengers. Good service and reasonable rate for food. More choices may be added in the menu in the restaurant.

It is very near( 100 meters) to the entrance of palakkad junction railway station 1st platform.
Rs 1500 for one night (24 hours) for a double bedroom. Big room, Good AC, exhaust fan and gycer available in the bathroom. but lacking in convenience. No platform for your sitcase, no chair, no night lamp. Very noicy till 11:30 pm night. No lift or elevator. No ventilation from the ground floor to the 2nd floor in the staircase.

Highly recommended. Stay was very comfortable. Towels, soap, shampoo and body lotion were provided. One water bottle and two glass tumblers were also provided. The rooms were so clean and blankets and beds looked very clean
