We went on 01/08/22. We used 2 rooms - 301 and 309 - one of the rooms had broken AC and the shower head was dirty and there was no hot water. The room 301 had a odd smokey smell, then they sprayed some air freshener however a few hours later the bad smell came back again. The toilet seat was not the right size and the bathroom was very compact. The pillows were too soft and the mattress was not firm. The drivers had no facilities. They had to go to the fifth floor for the bathroom and the conditions weren't good. The food wasn't that exciting and the options weren't varied. However, the room size was good.

Everything about this place is great. Rooms are absolutely beautiful. Food is excellent. Room service is fantastic.
I would recommend it to everyone for sure. It is one of the best value for money hotel I have ever visited

One of the best places. City centreworth staying, breakfast is okay but Lunch dinner are awesomeAs the name says . the hotels looks like Princess palace in terms of interiorsAc, hot water, all are working great

Best executive hotel. Rooms are neat and clean plus good variety of breakfast and quality food. Very prompt and nice service. It is very close to railway station.

Centrally located, amole parking, wheel chair accessibility both for parking ane entry, amenities include conference halls, resturant and of course boarding, whose amenities include hot tub, efficient room service, soap dental beauty and other toiletry kits. Delighted on the hospitality. Recommended.

Great location. Best place for family it they want to shop in MG road. Economical compared to the other hotels in the same area and compared to the facilities they offer. Got parking, a bar and a seafood restaurant.

Day stay . All Good . Check in check out experiance very good. Reception staff and other staff helpfull and cordial . Complementary breakfast good spread and tasty. Room neat and clean. Towels napkins clean and white. Bed comfortable . Lobby reception lift stairs all neat and clean . Tariff was reasonable. Will stay here again. Parking space also good. comfortable. Stay

Bang on MG Road, it is one of the oldest hotels but it's charm is still alive. Centrally located. Spacious rooms and apt pricing.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful. Food is excellent. Room service is fantastic.
I would recommend it to everyone for sure.
