The fly high experience was great. We had an absolute blast. The ambience, music and of course the service was warm. Will visit this lounge again and recommend to friends. You must visit on a Wednesday. Women's night. ☺..

The worst ever hotel in Kerala! Booking a cheap lodge would be a better option! Pratheesh has no clue about what it takes to run a hotel and got me running in circles for 3 hours to switch on the A/C - each time giving me a different, lame excuse! These guys should just shut shop and do something else!

service was good.minibar,water and coffee maker was not there in room.another downside which bathroom door malfunction.morning buffet was satisfactory.overall worth money.good going

The rooms were very old. They didn't even have any services, housekeeping was very bad and there was hot water only in the morning, and the breakfast was also not good.Due to our rush we asked the reception guy to send the bill through mail and it took 3 days for them to send the bill which we followed everyday. Not good for the price they put.

No running hot water supply Mould and cigg smell in the rooms Murky yellow water from the taps No working cable connection Zero room service Arrogant staff behavior And they even switch off the air on in between (of course the thermostat controls are broken)
An oyo hotel might have been much better than this hotel

Stayed here twice. Once with family and once alone. It felt safe to stay there as a single woman traveller. Staff also friendly..,

For official visit to cochin we stay in here.. The offer services are good. Hosiptality is very good by all staff. Food is very good and rooms are spacious

Used the hotel as a stop over for an onward journey for few hours with family. Rooms are old but very big but excellently clean. Staff and the service is remarkably good. Good hot running water. Close proximity of happening places near coxhin The hotel also shares the building with a pub in its premises.
