The environment was pleasant and welcoming. It was so amazing! Room was so spacious and affordable. The staff was so friendly. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Nice property. Good maintained & trained staff. Rooms are new & very good and clean ambience. Peaceful place.

The only good thing about this place is staff behaviour. Staff and the management are polite and cordial. There is no intercom in the room. No basic facilities like kettle toothbrush etc. Rooms upstairs do not have an accessible staircase. There is a staircase which is locked from the outside. Fire hazard. I would never ever stay there. Not worth the money paid. I regret booking accommodation there

Out of four rooms we booked, one of the rooms has severe mold Smell.
They said breakfast is included but need to order, when we order from the menu, they said ok and came back to say breakfast we ordered is not available and have only limited options and when we selected from it, later they came back again and said breakfast place itself is closed.

I am sharing this review, still sitting in the room at this Hotel. Had to come to Manipal, Udupi for some very urgent, unplanned work. Someone suggested this hotel to me and I came here at around 9pm at night. The hotel is on the main road and very accessible. Checkin was easy. And I opted for an AC room as the difference was only ₹300. The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He attended to all my queries and requirements. Rooms here are very neat and clean. Beds were well made. Bathroom was very clean and hygienic. Cable TV was working.... 👍. All fittings are branded and working. Breakfast was complimentary. My return bus to Bangalore was late in the evening and I requested to stay till 7pm. I was allowed to stay in the room after paying a reasonable price for the same. All in all, stay here has been very comfortable and economical. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, although the hotel does not have an in house resturant, many big brands are available at walkable distance or if you don't want to walk, you can always Swiggy........I did.

The whole experience was great, right from the interaction with the owner prior to the booking till checkout, the rooms were very spacious and neatly kept. The breakfast was yum. The staff was also very polite and helpful. It was one of our members birthday during the stay and they also helped us with the cake and other arrangements.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. I regularly visit once in 2 to 3 months in four square comforts. The staff is very professional and I never got any chance to complain in any manner. I would suggest everyone to visit four square comforts whenever they visit Manipal.
