Recently we Celebrated my son's birthday party ambience was good but service was not as expected. Guests were disappointed with the service provided. Food was good . Quantity & Quality of food was good. Washrooms were not maintained , washbasin water was leaking all over. Except service & maintenance everything was good. Lot more improvements needed.

Excellent location. Well appointed rooms. Breakfast variety with healthy options. Chef Sunny was most responsive and ever smiling Courteous staff. Aslam was very positive.
Request consider following :- a) We had booked for 3 people. Took inordinately long to get the room ready on both occasions. On return journey again room was not ready and then had to be changed as door was not closing. Would have been ideal if we did not have to wait. b) Was a pleasure swimming in the pool, clean and serene environment, however, would have preferred that the shower facility in open was also working. Also the water in inside shower did not have warm water. Overall had a comfortable stay. Thanks

We have been regularly visiting fortune park for dinners and breakfasts with our guests. We held 2 big parties around 6 months apart, a 1st-year bday in July and 2day marriage functions in Dec. We had booked rooms and the halls for the functions. 1. The arrangements, the hall, the ambience, etc are too good. 2. Food is amazing. We had a doubt about the south Indian menu, but it was as amazing and authentic as the other cuisines. 3. The booking, bill settlement, and services including restaurant and banquet services, parking, and luggage support are given were very good and hassle-free.
Special Thanks to the Banquet Manager Mr. Indraneel Roy who coordinated so well everything and was always ready to help us in all ways at any point in time. Can't miss thanking Mr. Indraneel's team, Mr. Hapin, Mr. Athul, Mr. Joshil, Nabendu, Mr. Dipesh, and Ms. Kuni.

Easy access from highway and a good stay within budget. Cleanliness and hygiene is top notch and they have a great customer service mindset. Staff are helpful and except for the different layout, the hotel is great and has a great ambience with natural surroundings. Higher floors help you get a peek of the Hubli Airport which is just across the road

Good property specially for those flying in at hubli as it's walking distance from airport Rooms are decent. Breakfast spread is good though not very appealing. Pool is bit on open land besides their party lawn and may put off a few...

I stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the rooms and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable.
However, I did have an unpleasant experience with the staff. When I arrived, I was taken to two different rooms that were already occupied. This resulted in an argument between the receptionist and the room boy, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel quite uncomfortable.
Overall, while I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and 5 star hygiene, the staff could certainly benefit from some additional training in professional behavior and communication.

We checked in to the hotel for overnight stay in Hubbali.
Nicely located just in front of the airport. Good spacious rooms.
Few issues with room service and housekeeping - that got sorted out after escalating to the management.

Break halt on long drive. Leave NH and reach easy. Get back onto NH next day easy. No city entry.
Hotel is new. Good rooms. Basement parking. Valet available. Nice bar and nice restaurant. They have their own bakery.
