it was very nice experience. we love to stay there. very nice room comfortable stay. breakfast was superb. helpful staff. peaceful atmosphere. just loved it😍

I've booked rooms at this place 5 times so far. The front desk folks are not really the most courteous people.

3/5 times I've been lied to my face about the bed configuration. I always ask for a queen and they give me a twin bed. How difficult is your job to know what room has what bed configuration?

2/5 times there have been power cuts, I don't mind it if I'm already asleep. But power cuts in summer! What do I even pay the premium price for? There goes the 3 star rating down the drain.

I like the hotel, else would not have booked it 5 times. But the recent experience with the front desk, lying to me again about the bed configuration and also not letting me drop off my Fiance to the room because I'm a "visitor" really did it for me.

It's a decent hotel but the current front desk folks will bring the hotel down some day, hope they train their staff better on how to behave with the customers and not be so misinformed about their own rooms.

Hurts me but, I'd rate this hotel a struggling 1.5 star.

The behaviour of the front desk is unacceptable, very rude and not courteous..they charge more compared to other hotels.
Wifi doesn't work properly and found few cockroaches in bed. Stains in bedsheets not hygiene.totally not worth it for the amount we pay.

Liwa's overall experience was incredible, would definitely recommend this place. The Hotel staff was courteous and really helpful.
The House keeping staff performs their duty quite well!
The South Indian dishes were awesome.
Thanks to the Chefs and the service staff for serving the delicious food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel LIWA in Bangalore and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and comfort provided.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast WiFi.

The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

But what truly set this hotel apart was the location. It was conveniently located near the Airport making it the perfect choice for a quick layover or catching an early morning flight.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the LIWA Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport in Bangalore.

Loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Basic toiletries available in every room.

We were there only for a few hours overnight, so don't really know about the service.
