Room is good Hotel is good Bt I suffer with oyo service.they said room charge is rs 748. If u paid in advance. I paid 748 online in advance. And I check in to room. After that hotel receptionist next day in the morning call me and said your payment of 750 is pending.. After that I call to oyo help desk .and they said pay full at the hotel .we ll refund you the extra amount you pay....still amount is not shown in my given bank account.so pls be careful wid oyo..and pls record your call ...I have recording that why only they ready to refund my extra amount.but still its not showing in my bank account till date..thak u Aware from oyo executive Thank you And don't forget call recording

I am 73 years old, and if room and service is not good, I suffer. But in this case, of Sai Arya hotel, I am delighted to receive good service and good room. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff are helping , courteous, and smart. I don't give 5 stars only for the reason that they don't have their own restaurant. They compensate by offering room service by bringing food from outside, which is not the same thing as sitting in hotel,s own set up.I gathered that they had the facility earlier but now discontinued for some difficulties. But the location provided ample choice for breakfast and food, so their is no complaint. The hotel is lucky to have such a good staff.

Customer friendly staffs and services also couple friendly tooo.... Well maintained rooms and they are doing best to keep their hygiene... The main thing is they are charging affordable price to all rooms...! except parking slot everything was good...!

Stay was awesome, perfect hotel for family and everyone, the behavior of staff I can't explain they are professional, smoothly handling the customer i really liked. I will sujest everyone came and stay this property. Cleaniness also soo gud,big room,compertable stay, Location also very gud near the banglore and cochin highway, Room service also too good, From the bhukthi order the food it was delicious, Thnak u sai arya I will defiantly come again and again when i can get the chance to visit manglore ☺️👌👌🙏🏼

In Google it is written as 3 star Hotel, I wonder why. Hotel is pretty messed up and does not even deserve 1 star. Rooms are pretty bad and stinky, broken. Though located in the heart of city and well connected. Not recommended for families at all.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 2 rooms for 2 persons with complimentary breakfast and dinner. During check in, they agreed for breakfast and dinner. When we asked for dinner in night, they refused and denied for any service. After some issue, the manager instructed to the receptionist to give us 100 rs per person to have dinner. What the hell?? Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

worst experience. please dont go for this hotel. First they showed us a room which was very bad and not clean. It was having stains on the walls and lot of dust on bed. we went with my 2 very small kids. so we req them for another room. then they provided a little better one. Then when I was booking it showed complimentary breakfast and dinner. we didn't get out dinner even by 11 pm. we called them multiple times from 8 pm for our kids dinner. then they told no shops available for dinner. at last we gave kids snacks whatever we have. Then for breakfast they told it's not available as compliment. We showed them invoice we book But they told it's not reflecting in their site. Totally very worst experience.

The room was filled with cockroaches, had earlier booked through oyo ND we had no issues with cleanliness, but when booked direct rooms are very bad
