This place is so good, I had an amazing stay here. The scenic beauty around and services are excellent. They have maintained a good quality and all of them are working to give you an amazing experience at the hotel. Located on the main road so no confusion.

The location is really good. But looks like the same is not properly maintained and staff and management are more keen to have functions and marriages more than overnight staying guests or traveller's who stay there. It shows while serving them. Frequent thing I heard was like food not arranged, breakfast not ready, coffee not there. Not a nice experience to stay at such places. Some staff are good, but they are outnumbered and might be told to behave like others.

Polite staff, well maintained facilities and decent food. Accessible from city centre. Accommodated late check-in. There were minor issues with set top box and lights in the bathroom, but nothing major.

Most of the food not available as listed in menu, ordered Hyderabadi Biryani which was not at all tasty n had no salt at all.cost is high which is not up to the mark tastewise.

The rooms need to be cleaned properly. The ceiling was dirty and there were a lot of small insects which were attracted by light. The washroom was big in size and was good. The food was fine. The location is also good.

Worst room ever. They are charging 2300 for Non AC room and claiming to be 3 star hotel. They have given used blankets, rooms were not cleaned before giving to us. Lot of cigarettes buds in the ash box. Blankets were smelling very badly with cigarette smoke. Room fan was full of dust not sure how many years back they have cleaned. The rooms are not worth of 1k as well. Tv was not working, no toothpaste available. Light was not working. Never ever book room here.

This hotel is not same as it was 7 years back. Lacks maintenance . I got food poisoning after eating Biriyani (full of mint and masala) The bed was stinky so we hardly slept in the night. TV without channel subscription. No wifi as well.

The rooms are untidy and the fans are not working properly. They even charge for complimentary check in things like water bottle, Tooth paste. The location is near by to Railway station that is the only benefit and the charges are too high as per the services.
