nice ambience and hotel located in the prime place. rooms are spacious but only minus is about wash room which needs more cleanliness and the furnitures also old one better to replace with modern one. Since it is a 3 star property needs more modernization. Good in house restaurant.

I wish we had a negative rating option here.Worst receptionist...no manners on how to talk to customer. No proper communication, we ordered some food for dinner the room service guy didn't update that payment is already done. We kept on telling him that we have already paid for the food. He took advance payment from us don't know for what reason. Refused to pay the amount back saying we had breakfast there which was actually included in our booking. Never ever book rooms in this hotel.

One of the worst hotel ... Arrogant behaviour at reception over rated. Rooms smell bad, stains on bed cover, dirty bed, torne bed... such a mess... will never recommend this hotel... They must refund the money..
Food order We ordered food and service guys came with just one plate even after mentioning for 2. They did not provide onion and lemon and when asked why he say they ran out of stock. My wife ordered for mango icecream and he comes with chocolate

It’s decent old place. I was very much impressed by the reception space and the welcome but rooms are not maintained properly. Though the room and outer area are spacious, all the electronics inside room are still age old systems. Right from AC, geyser, tv everything. Our AC started leaking after sometime. Service staff was good. Overall it’s a decent stay if staying for one day.

Rooms are spacious but the washroom is just fine. Keep good care of your vehicle, someone put a scratch on my car in the parking which was near to security cabin and no response from them on it even after reminding few times.

Not at all good experience. Room was not clean. Bed was horrible. No proper bed, bed sheet. Didn't sleep properly.
Restaurant is OK but found cockroach in Schezwan Noodles. Cannot digest the fact. Cockroach founf after eating almost half of the noodles.
Staff is polite and well mannered, no problem in that. Overall property is huge but not at all well maintained.
Management needs to look into this.

It's a good quality property, secure parking, Room service in the morning at 6.30 unresponsive. Everything went very well. The food quality and service was good, good location for family.

Myself and my wife, senior citizens, stayed here overnight on our way to Goa from Blore. Excellant stay. Spacious clean Non AC rooom. Very Hospitable staff. Restaurant ambience is very good. Food was very Good. Hotel location is good and u can easily walk to the martket or shops. On the whole, I wud recommend any traveller this Hotel.
