It was great experience with the manager and staff members. Firstly food was too good. Vej. Panjabi curry and chapati. 👌simple ambience. Manager was kind enough to give extra curry. Was not part of meal but still this small gesture was nice.

One of the best Hotel, food is delicious and hygienic. Manager Mr Neeraj and Staff is very good. Rooms is so specious and very clean. Hotel location is perfect to go anywhere.

Worst experience ever for a 3 start hotel. Restaurant people will give stale and meal of their choice only (independent of what u order) and their manager Neeraj doesn't know the etiquettes of talking and behaving. That's why you see 2-3 groups only in the entire restaurant.

Front desk helpful. Rooms need improvement (shower not working in the morning on 3rd floor - front desk provides alternative room for bath - later moved to another room for second night), breakfast- average, location - good if you have office nearby) and keep expectations to minimum Internet - open/public (no password), not reliable (call drops), Bathroom - no water in shower (3rd floor room), limited warm water in 1st floor room. (shampoo dispenser not cleaned and refilled ever), carry your bath/brush/shave accessories. I carried my own bath towel as well. Breakfast - mediocre

Had been for a buffet dinner on the weekend. The spread was decent - one welcome drink, one soup, one salad, two starters, noodles, roti/naan/kulcha, two different gravies, vegetable pulao, rice, curry, two desserts and one ice cream. Considering the limited veg buffet options ( the available ones are too expensive as well), this is a worthwhile option at Rs.450 on a weekend. The place is very easily accessible (right below the Sandal Soap factory metro station) and the staff is pretty courteous.

Excellent super location. Rooms spacious. Nice anemities in hotel. Reservation team awesome. Breaksfast was good. Room was clean. No suggestions at all.

First they give room which is not good and with bad smell, but after informing gave other room. Cleanliness and staff courtesy is good Food is also good This is my second stay complimentary breakfast is nice one

Nice hotel. With great value for money. Very prime location. The rooms are nice. Food is also OK. Kind and helpful staff.
