The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. 5 * for that.
We had paid and requested for extra bed, i was surprised they gave us just a floor mattress with 2 small sheets. Pretty useless for the extra adult in our room.
During our breakfast , we realised that the restaurant was very much under staffed. Hardly one or two guys were literally running around and serving all tables. Really appreciate those guys working hard, but the management needs to add more staff so that every table is serviced faster. No one to supervise if there are enough cups for tea/coffee which made us kept waiting for ages for cups to arrive
There was a complete power outage at midnight and it took more than 15 minutes to sort it out . Not sure why that happened, but we really don't expect it in a premium hotel.

Wonderful stay! We booked 2 rooms the suite and winter green room. I must say the hotel is well maintained and spotless. The restaurant is good the staff is excellent. Good spread of breakfast. Spa is newly opened and I opted for Balinese massage it was a real stress relief after all that travelling

Excellent stay over all. They provided extra nice bedding for kids (at extra cost), the rooms are big enough and clean, gave vibes of well maintained. We didn't opt for buffet breakfast but had buffet dinner, it was not a huge spread but taste was good. The pool, gym and bar/restaurant are awesome and my family enjoyed our stay here.

Rating one star because of a few issues we had at the hotel.
1. Commode was not cleaned (was not flushed after the previous user). Actually, we reached the resort at 11am but the check-in time is 1pm. So we waited 2 hours for them to clean the room. Even after that, they didn't clean properly.
2. Credit Card not accepted! Only cash / UPI payment is accepted for full and final settlement.
3. Room service is not available. Even though it was mentioned on the website, this was a big challenge for us because walking 500m uphill and down with the baby in one hand and umbrella on the other hand.
4. Helper for outdoor activities was on leave on the day we visited. Hence we had to miss it.

There were around 25 people who were celebrating a birthday when I visited. All dressed in posh clothes and makeup but no manners at all. So my suggestion to the management is to provide a banquet hall for all kinds of small and big celebrations as others are also paying the same amount of money to have a good time with their families.
Staff could be more attentive when taking orders. They were all in some kind of hurry and confused.
Food, especially appetizers could be so much better. Plates and cutlery could be cleaner.
The most disgusting thing that happened is the loud noise and dangerous gas that comes out from Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) 24*7.
I don't really understand how nearby locality people are surviving such the worst pollution that they are causing.
In the end, I came to the conclusion that their online reviews are paid and fake.
Overall, NOT AT All a fine dining experience. Disappointed in many ways

We visited the restaurant here. The ambience was good and so was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the freshness and authentic tastes.

Only complaint is the food delivery was very slow. Took almost an hour for serving chicken items. We could clearly notice they were understaffed. Only one server was attending all the tables. We sat around at 7.30 pm and got up at 10.45 pm. We wanted to order more but we didn't just because it was taking too much time.

The hotel stay was completely worth the money. Beautiful amenities, wonderful food and great staff. Do make sure that you have your own travel arrangements done (can ask the lobby for it too) because local travel is not easily available from outside the hotel.
Extremely helpful staff and the environment feels absolutely safe. Travel from there is a bit hard but if on a trip that involves minimal travel then this is the best place for you

Lovely hotel with all the amenities you would expect from a flagship eco hotel, and a lovely pool for swimming and resting. Staff are very attentive and professional. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location outside of the town is good and quiet. The bar and both restaurants are nice places to and the food is very well cooked and presented. Good choice of a la carte or inclusive buffet. We really enjoyed 2 days here resting and relaxing. All this at a very reasonable price too.
