1. Asked extra money along with the money paid through OYO BOOKING. 2. While booking, complimentary breakfast was available. and while checking in the staff cooly and unapologetically says there is no breakfast, if you want you will have to order from the restaurant outside the property and it opens only by 11.30 am. Outside food is not allowed. they expect us to starve till 11.30am 3. The staff are highly unprofessional and they don't know anything about the hospitality. 4. Worst check in experience, had to wait for long time to get a better room. Service is very delayed and worst. Rooms are pathetic and unhygienic. 5. Picture image of room are completely different from what u see on app, before check in please cross check if it looks good. 6. This place is totally unfit to be called a place to stay.

Pathetic place to stay, while booking it shows complementary breakfast but when you ask them for one, they deny saying it's not available. Outside food isn't allowed inside for some crazy reason, hospitality is worse, stayed there for 1 whole day and I kept asking them for towels and they didn't give me one until I checked out. While checking out the hotel staff forcefully wanted me to give 5 star rating and when I denied, he said he'll give me cashback on my next booking in return to a 5 star rating. They try to cheat you with extra amount in your food bill too, we have to get it cancelled after noticing it at the last moment.

I like this all staff and restorent food.. Is awesome room was neat ...and reception Prem and Jyothi madam... Basavaraj ..the managers .good and friendly .. Hotel also had a parking facility for the guests... Compulsory try this mandhi chiken is very very nice ..this taste is excellent... We will definitely stay there again.. Amount paid as per online. However, hotel concerned person demanded extra amount which was not informed earlier. AC was not working and fan was working in bad condition. Room service person denied to provide tissue paper.

They always making new rules by their favour that they didnt mention in privacy and policy...bad manners and customer service....communicating with them is so hard and theyre always tryna find a way to trick guest..room is average... No hygiene.. On first day we saw under garments on doorways..bad experince

Arrived here by booking through the Oyo app, the personnel who was available at the desk was rude. He said you booked only 1 room and 1 guest so 2 people aren't allowed. The way of explaining was super rude and shrugged. On top of all this they're wifi is poor, the tv wasn't working now comes the cherry on top. I had to pay 500 extra and then accomodate. Idiots. Advise every one looking through reviews to not go here, cause for sure they'll scam.

Booking via Oyo was denied. Booking Id: A5KR6850. Hotel confirmed they don't have tie up with Oyo and the room rates were starting 1600+. Oyo support was not also reachable.

Hotel Lobby was not neat.

All the pictures uploaded in Google maps and in Oyo app are very old. Oyo should be inspecting the property and the latest images of the hotel rooms should be available in the app and here.

Incurred additional travel costs as well due to this. Worst experience from Oyo and the Hotel.

This is the first ever worst experience i had during the booking of the Oyo rooms. They have charged me for the total sum of 1540rs online and after the booking is done, they told me to pay 1618rs during the check in.. what the customer care is telling and what we see when we visit the place is totally different.. i really suggest every person who is trying to book here, kindly check the ratings and also don't contact to the number available in the Google.. it's totally a scam from them for charging extra money from the customers who try to book a room for staying.. so please try to avoid this OYO 040 rooms at the atmost possibility...
