Wrost service ..don't book through any service providers like Agoda , when I reach here I given the booking confirmation the person inthe reception behaving wrost and he straight away say we get only half the amount of your booking and I can provide the service for the half price ,. I told the room and wash room are not clean the answer we have 25 rooms once everything is done then your room, I'm still staying cos I'm not getting refund from Agoda or else I will move ..frm Feb 14 till Feb 19 I booked the room..

Reception car parking are ok ..food service too ok.. there is no water bottle in room and charges extra .. wash room is nasty ..Elders cannot access easily to washroom since high steps are there . Complementary break fast is awesome ..

Hot water is only available from morning to noon and that too mildly hot. And the wifi connection is poor i.e if your room is away from the reception.

Rooms are clean, reasonably priced rooms, complimentary breakfast tie-up with nearby restaurant downstairs in same premises. Dinner can be ordered in room. The Hotel is in a building complex constructed above Kengeri Kadamba Bus depot. Adjacent to Metro station.

Very very bad experience and untidy place.not a good place to stay. misbehavior to ladies Also a bad experience from the staff.

Worst hotel EVER. Rooms have no windows. No hot water available for a decent shower. Rooms aren't cleaned during the day. Wifi doesn't work. No phone signal in the rooms. One of the lifts doesn't work.
I would've preferred to give this hotel ZERO stars. But the guy at the reception was really nice and refunded me the money for my stay and charged me for just one night (even though we checked out only in the evening).
In summary - DO NOT STAY HERE !!
