Very dirty room. Very less space in room. Random tv kept in the room where there should be space to walk. Flush didn't work. No hot water. Only lukewarm. Dirty walls. Water suddenly stopped coming in taps at 11am. Wanted to stay for 4 days but had to run away in 1.

I would have given this hotel zero stars if it was an option. What is the point of having spacious rooms if it can't be properly maintained? The room was dirty: stains on the walls, dirty bathroom, TV had marks on it and the towels provided were wet. Even the tap in the bathroom was broken. The funnier thing is that the room looks nothing like the pictures advertised on the internet. I was thoroughly disappointed to come to this hotel. If you want to have a good stay, I would not recommend Hotel Ashlesh at all...

Room was too congested. We took non ac room for 2 people but stayed half day. This is quite old property. Not so well maintained. Bed was not clean. Very narrow space for accessing bathroom .very difficult to access both side of bed. I got hurt badly at leg due to unsceintific and sharp edges of cot. Good that we didnt had plan to stay overnight, else it would have been nightmare.Not recommeded .

Worst room maitainance, I had been there for one night stay we were 3, after waking up in the morning we found another special guest stay with us a BAT 🦇, and restaurant food is only fish items are good

Decent budget rooms in main road. From this hotel it is easy to reach Udupi Krishna temple. Food options are more near this stay. Service was good. Good car parking is available here. Lift and power back up is there.

I had opted for non AC roomsLocation wise this hotel was very convenient.Rooms very spacious and comfortable.However ,there needs to be some improvement on room cleanliness.

The hotel is okay . The service isn't great. The suite rooms great. The location is the best thing about this hotel.

This establishment is a spectacle of bad management. The unprofessionalism is seen brimming from top to bottom of their pyramid. The staff is extremely poor in their conduct, they refuse service to your face, their kitchen is below par, and they would refuse to budge from their stand.
On top of that when we are trying to have a good faith discussion, they will Gaslight you and label you as a liar.
For example, they told us that they will give us free coffee & tea, and then when we checked out they handed us a bill and said we had to pay for it. When we said that we were told it was free they denied it, and the room service staff also lied saying that it was not free. They really troubled us.
This was an just a small example of the terrible customer service that we received.
