Newly renovated rooms and reasonably spacious that were impeccably maintained. The shower area felt a little cramped and the shower curtain instead of the glass partition a tad old school. The breakfast options were excellent and F&B staff extremely helpful. The location is good with malls nearby and easy to access. If at all the only crib I had was the behaviour of housekeeping could be a little better. Minor inconvenience to an otherwise excellent stay. Will definitely be my first choice if I visit Manipal again.

We have stayed in this hotel almost 1 year back.
Prime location , Udipi is almost 15 minutes drive
Excellent service, we checked in one day early and they accommodated our request.
Breakfast buffet was very ample to fill our pallet , apart they have included Udipi delicacies as well .
Rooms : Mattress was very comfortable and bathrooms were clean
Front office , F& B services staffs were very warm and friendly, gave us suggestions and guidance about local tourist spots to plan the travel

I have stayed in multiple ITC properties and this one is the most disappointing one.

1) their front desk staff shared shady link for payment. I still have that message with me. Bunch of crooks.

2) while check in, they asked me to pay again as they can’t see my payment status. And they cannot check with boss, as he left for the day. Are you kidding me? They made me wait 30 min, while they figured out that they cannot scam more money from me.

3) house keeping staff is good and honest.

4) buffets is disappointing.

5) parking is an issue, as it’s a self park hotel with limited space. So be ready to spend quality 15 min with security while he tries to squeeze you in.

6) guards and greeting person at entrance is highlight of the stay.

7) swimming pool is long gone. Surely not been used for couple of years.

If you get this property below 8k, it’s a steal. I paid 2x amount so judging it with that parameter.

I spent two nights at Fortune Valley View Manipal with family. Rooms are great but a bit overpriced considering there's not much outside of the building. Professional staff, seamless checkin and checkout, good parking.
What was very disappointing was the restaurant. Service was very slow on a la carte slots, and buffet breakfasts were a mess - food would get over and stay empty for several minutes before refills arrived.

I regularly visit Manipal and this is where I stay in every trip. Rooms are very convenient. Location (Proximity to all institutions and proximity to main center of Manipal) and amenities are good. This has become like my second home as I visit regularly.

We had booked four rooms and 80k for one day. We got call from service saying that all food and drink items including in mini fridge, kept inside the room are complimentary. Free. We checked thrice as we didnt want shocks later. Even with reception we confirmed. While checking out, three rooms were not charged. One room booked under name syed, they made him stay and asked to pay for 2 beer bottles. Later, out of hotel, someone called and asked to pay for other 3 rooms too. We ended paying rs 1600. It is open fraud, cheating. We didn't ask for anything free. Hotel calls us and tells all free and we check and confirm many times.
After using them, such worst experience. Didn't expect this from ITC and after paying 20k per room..

Even shocking and unbelievable was that beer bottles are expiring today (03-Jan-23). Not even 1 week. What a FILTHY FRAUD.... Is this ITC hotel? When did ITC started FRAUD business...?

This hotel is the College time(manipal university) love of my husband. And was decided as to havs a stay over here once the Manipal trip happens. Everything is amazing there.....from the view to the food, the staff. Though didn't had much pictures of the hotel but its amazing believe me.

Staffs are very friendly, caring and helpful.
Breakfast is excellent.
I love to go back to this place, it is like going to mother's house...
