NI Ambaari Suites

Very good location, close to the Mysore palace. Decent hotel for 1 night. Having a Veg restaurant inside the hotel was a plus point. Don't expect a hi fi experience, but it does the work. Rooms were spacious enough, bathrooms were clean

Nice, neat and spacious rooms with quite surroundings. Has in-house restaurant but didn't have food there. Definitely worth it 👍.
Safe for family, has large beds which can easily accommodate family with 2 kids.

The staff were very nice.
Food was okay.
AC remote, fridge weren't working.
Despite repeated requests, they didn't try to fix anything.
Hot water wasn't available. There was only slightly-warm water.
Room service took a lot of time to respond.
The restaurant intercom didn't even respond at times.
TV channels were very limited.
They promised a weighing machine, but didn't give despite requesting for one.
The lift doesn't work properly.
Will definitely not return here and not recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 1 night with family
Pros: Big room, Good food, location of the hotel is very good. All sight seeing places within 3 kms.
Cons: Bathroom is very small and cramped, tea maker was not working and even after complaining it to front desk was not replaced. Had to go out at 6 AM to have tea from a roadside vendor. TV remote did not have batteries, trivial things which should be checked when they get the room ready for the guest. Flush tank in bathroom not operational, front desk did not resolve the issue.

Overall average stay, more hotels available nearby with better service.

The kitchen is COMPLETE VEG which is huge turn off for the non-vegetarians. The number of recipes was very less and the food quality was very average. The restaurant was very small and congested. The room was the only good point about this place. There is a shop with this place, all the auto drivers will try to get you into this shop so that you buy something from this shop which is very very irritating. The shop keepers make faces if you don't buy anything from them. The lift did not work properly. Overall, we were not completely satisfied with the place, keeping the high price in mind that we paid. We did not feel comfortable while we stayed in this place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the bathroom were very big and clean the room was huge and well arranged the hotel was in the main road it was easy to find and connects to many places highly recommended

I have booked an AC deluxe family room for 4 members. The room was very spacious and clean. It has 2 king size beds which were well maintained and clean bedsheets with extra pillows.

The room also had a 2 seating sofa, 2 chaired dining table, a mini fridge, a wardrobe, a dressing area with mirror , hairdryer, TV and an extra storage.

Room service and reception was great as well. Faster check-in and check-out.

It was slightly high price for a day but the room and services was worth the price.

Barely 3 Star room. Room needs cosmetic upkeep like painting and other repairs. Bedsheets and towels have stains and appear overused but clean enough for Indian standards. Location is convenient and hotel has free wifi. For the price I paid (Rs 3000 for the room) it's not a bad deal for one night quick stop. Restaurant on 1st floor.
