Neat and tidy rooms, affordable price, Ac rooms are available, room services and bar facilities available. Parking available. Very good amenities with spacious rooms.

Had a great 2 night stay with family. Wonderful food and polite helpful staff. And the hotel is located at prime location in Karwar.

Booked Suite room for a week. Not worth for Rs. 4500 Tariff in terms of facilities available in room, service, staff behavior. Expensive without quality.

Very good hotel for comfortable stay, clean rooms,24hrs hot water, clean towels and free bisleri water bottle was provided. It has one of the best veg and non veg restaurant ,food is really good worth it.
Only disappointment was car parking facility is not provided,need to park on the hotel internal road.

Cool and calm location. Good parking space but in ground floor too less options to eat.

Servers don't even suggest first floor for variety of food choice.

Worst food... Every sea food ordered was half cooked if the complaint was raised they would cook again and give the same food ordered worst experience better ask before u order

The worst service I have ever faced. His service boy lost my luggage for a while but reception cut the call and denied to co-operate. When I said check CCTV they also denied and said your luggage your problem!! However bag recovered later on as service boy delivered it on 3rd floor to some other room. Also no wifi, not good AC, no remote you have to maintain temperature manually by pushing buttons!
