All things where good specially Kumar Ji he was to cooperative with us. There was some issues with service and food taste was not good need to improve that. Overall Believe me one of the best hotel at very affordable prices compare to others hotel for engagement and small function.... . Thanks I Town

Room size was not up to the mark and their check in time is way different than others must clear on ur way before booking confirmation... but as of standards this is a perfectly blended and super serviceable hotels in town..... Staffs are friendly and polite.... The counter person is way more polite but smart on how to pull out ur money ...... food provided in their kitchen is super tasty.....

Right at the heart of city a few meters away from Baba Baidyanath mandir thr hotel serves as great mix of leisure stay along with business specially during the time of Sawan when devotees arrive.. Newly renovated with clean, decorated rooms with top class amenities it's a must stay place..Do enjoy the huge wide window in the restroom something I havent seen anywhere...

Selective treatment towards customers. Pathetic customer service with average food. Unresponsive and rude staff. Intentionally delayed our order just cause we were youngsters. Served others before us just cause we weren't with a family despite being a large crowd. Plenty of other options in this town. Would definitely recommend you to avoid this place if you're a large young crowd.

Untrained staff, queen size beds, food smelling rooms. No value for money.
