It was so good that I can't explain. I was with my partner (unmarried couples) we were hesitating that what would happen at reception or during check-in, but beleive me IT WAS SO WONDERFUL CHECK-IN 1. They asked for Booking ID 2. Asked for IDs, and did photocopy of it by themselves and returned the IDs. 3. Then you just have to fill the register for check-in and have to sign on photocopy of your documents then all good. 4. No disturbance nothing at all. 5. Free wifi option. Had a nice AC and fan(fan with inverter option). 6. Very clean and comfy bed. 7. Clean Bathroom and toilet. 8. Had a TV and Cupboard which I didn't used. 9. No privacy issues at all. Overall it was superb experience! Thankyou Mountain View Resort and OYO.❤️

First they charged more than what it showed 300 more than they give water at 25 plus tax on 25 . Yesterday a staff asks me not to order food online and also when said that I had talked about it with higher authority, he exclaimed no one was a higher everyone is just a staff. They don't stick by their words that I hate the most. The rent I have given are 770,800,900,1000,1100,1200 and 1300 for same room. They will charge you higher if booked online. I didn't change it because it is located near bus stand. If you have any other option please go for it.

If you are reading this you are at right place. "Worst" is the first word that comes in my mind when I listen about this hotel.The earlier review which tells about demand of extra money and all is absolutely correct but then you see the reviews on one of the most reputed app and you will get confused, but friend don't look into that they are just fake reviews. Some of the key benefits you will get after booking this hotel:
1) They simply demand extra money.
2) They don't even care about the online booking.
3)If you don't give them the extra money, they will deny check in.
4) Book and you will realise that it will be your biggest mistake of your life.

I booked Mountain View resort from Oyo app in cheap for couple but little bit worried about extra charges because there is too much reviews in which they ask for extra money, in my case when I reached hotel approx 1 pm , they ask me to wait some minute after that they ask my booking I'd, I'd proof and take signature. After check in without giving any extra money ,they give me a key for room. Room was good but I find some hairs on bedsheet and pillow but after ignoring this everything is working fine and giving me a great experience for 1 day.

Booked this hotel by calling them directly for 6th & 7th December. For 6th December for early check-in they told that they will charge some extra and which I agreed. During check-in on 6th morning they took that day room rent in full and shifted me to the room. Room was clean and food was also okay (food prices is higher as compared to hotel facilities). On 7th morning when I was going for work and handover the keys, they told that they are fully booked and they will not provide me room and then I have to go to my room and have to take all my items and have to checkout. The bill they provided have lots of mistake (I was staying single and they showed, double occupancy, I checked in at 6.30 Am, they showed 11.30 AM, no company name in bill, checkout time was also wrong. Then I have to wait nearly 45 minutes and have done some corrections. The food bill they mentioned in bill, they didn't gave any supporting bill. Overall my trip was 100% from my own pocket as this bill cannot be submitted to my company. It is basically a couple hotel, so visit there for that purpose only.

Nice hotel, a little bit inside from road. Hotel staff were very much helpful. Reception people were awesome, Neat and clean rooms, Food was awesome, when ever visit there order food from there restaurant. Overall, my experience was awesome

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Room was too good. Geyser and AC both were there. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was also good. Wifi was also available. In short the experience was too good.
