The hotel service is good. Staffs are prompt and even the complimentary Breakfast they provided was good. Just that the room I was allotted (510) needed a lot of Maintenance like not all the bulbs were working, the Centre table kept in front of Sofa was broken and the centre glass would have broken had it been not handled carefully, The tube light above the washbasin was not working, taps in the bathroom worked but were broken...

If only I could give a zero to this1. There is absolutely no parking space for even one car. You have to park on the road and by the looks of. dhanbad traffic I would say its not safe to park on the road 2. The Manager was rude he had no idea that we had a booking and had to wait for an hour to get a room. Even when they gave us a room asked to move to a different room as they had some other guest coming 3. In my room there was no hot water at night and kept calling reception they didn't help 4. They said breakfast was complimentary literally even after asking twice, but while checking out manager said it was not complimentary their staff were misinformed. 5. Room was not clean washroom was dirty too and bedshits and towels were having holesif I'm paying ... for 2 days I am expecting a better service.

This small hotel is situated on the main road on the 5th floor of a commercial complex. There is an exclusive lift of this hotel that takes you to 5th floor from ground level. The ground level is congested with shops, goods and parked vehicles. It is centrally located in a busy commercial area and is near to railway station & bus stand. Rooms are small and cleanliness & amenities are not upto the mark. The intercom does not work and TV has limited channels. Power cuts are frequent but DG backup is available. The reception and room service staffs are responsive and helpful. The hotel has no resturant or buffet service. The food is served in the rooms and is a positive point. Though menu is limited, the food tastes good and quantity is ample. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are served. The tariff is reasonable vis-a-vis the services offered and free breakfast.

I stayed here for a week. Services are upto remark. Well maintained neat and clean room. Room service staffs are very polite and punctual. Definitely I will opt for this hotel another time I will visit Dhanbad.

O yess a hotel with all the basic facilities eg geaser, wardrobe, nice window view etc etc and prices are also reasonable

The hotel is located near the Dhanbad railway station. It's on the 5th floor of the building. Rooms are spacious with 24/7 availability of Hot water. I didn't find the food that tasty. If you are planning to visit the place for business purposes then you can plan to stay here.

Our stay is good as we were there for only Marriage reason. Otherwise they should have to work on services betterment like TV and setup box not working properly. Sometimes AC remote stop working may be due to weak battery cell. Few facilities are good.
