Hotel Kuber Inn - Budget Hotel & Banquet in Dhanbad

Excellent hotel with best location fully neat and clean room service is too good one word for hotel kuber inn unbeatable full Peace of mind no sound pollution I'm fully satisfied .

Had a very poor experience. Have to wait more than 45 mins to get my room. When room provided , saw deluxe room but myself booked suit room. After 30 mins after discussion with OYO team provided me with suit room. When we entered room we found, Ac is not working. Fan is not working. Rooms were yet to be cleaned. I would advice not to book this hotel. This is a worthless hotel provided by OYO.

I appreciate the hotel management & staff for a great stay.the hotel is clean,having well behaved staff and well located surrounding makes it a first choice for me in dhanbad.

I booked through booking.com and when we reached the hotel at about 7pm after a tiring day, the hotel denied us the room. They showed us some very lousy rooms, not clean and asked for price which was double than our confirmed booking rate. Be aware of these fraudulent apps and hotels who may cheat you after taking advance. I was lucky that i did not pay any advance. Zero star to both booking.com and this hotel. Not recommend at all.

We reached after a long and tiring journey at 9pm. The hotel reception refused our checkin despite being booked and paid fully. We even called them a day before and confirmed our stay yet we were denied a room. Then after they were charging double the amount than what we paid. After an hour of calling customer service we got our room. The first room we got had a non-functional AC and dirty room overall. After complaining that the weather outside was extremely hot we got a different room.The various issues we faced in this room are:1. No food or tea available at any point of time.2. No calling facility available to the reception from room.3. They keep switching off and on the AC multiple times as per their wish. 4. No housekeeping ( they didn't empty our dustbin in a four days stay) also no drinking water availability.5. Even for small things like water, tea you have to visit the reception multiple times only to get a refusal.6. We had booked 'Kuber inn' however we got 'hotel kuber' which is different and shaby.9. Hotel staff overall is uncooperative and lazy.NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!! If there had been an option for negative rating i would have given that.

I booked a room through goibibo app. The room I booked was in hotel Kuber inn, which is totally different from what we got i.e. Hotel Kuber, which has a non functional AC, dirty bedsheets, with no breakfast and tea option at any point of time, no intercoms to contact the reception so whenever one needs something one has to go to the reception (all the workers including the receptionist are all lazy and confused). When we asked why can't we get a room in hotel kuber inn, which is what we booked, they told that some repair work is going on. People who gave double the amount than what they paid through goibibo were given rooms in hotel kuber inn(which is better than Hotel kuber i guess). Not at all recommended.

The rooms were big neat and clean.

The interior and exterior location were very wonderful.

But the demerit was the staff for little lazy.

Football also good and the price was affordable.

Very good hotel to stay. Rooms are very clean and furnished. Staff are very professional.
